5w-30 would start up the same but would be a bit thinner at operating temperature than the proper 5w-40. Since you have a tjet which is not only a turbo for a start but a decently tuned engine id get some good quality oil, at the actual spec that is supposed to be used in the car. The Body ECU is mostly needed for the immobilizer system to function. The other function is to get the signals from the Engine ECU to be displayed on the electronic dash.
